Indications
Mind & Spirit – Has a balancing effect on the emotions, of benefit for anxiety and depression, lifts the spirits. Its balancing nature makes it ideal for treating stress (massage, vaporizer or bath).
Body – Ideal for maintaining homeostasis of the body, treating PMS and menopausal problems such as depression. Geranium is also a diuretic and is effective when general elimination is poor and the system congested (massage or bath).
Skin & Hair – Useful for all skin conditions as it balances sebum and keeps the skin supple. Good for sluggish, congested and oily skins (compress).
