Lime has many properties in common with Lemon, and will enhance most blends of essential oils.
Blends well with
Bergamot, Cedarwood, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Sweet Orange, Palmarosa, Rosemary and Ylang Ylang.
Indications
Mind & Spirit – Refreshing, uplifting, ideal for mental fatigue and a tired mind. Very stimulating and activating especially where there is apathy, anxiety and depression (vaporizing or massage).
Body – Considered a digestive stimulant (massage. Useful for treating sore throats (gargle) and relieving the symptoms of flu.
Skin & Hair – Lime’s astringent, toning and refreshing properties help clear oily congested skin (compress).
